TJ Ebert, the principal at Independence Primary School, and also the Ohio Association of Elementary School Administrators (OAESA) president-elect, was featured in a Q&A article in the fall 2024 issue of "Principal Navigator" the magazine of OAESA.
In his 24th year in education and sixth year at IPS, Ebert shared all the great things happening at IPS. He discussed the positive culture and climate he aims to cultivate at IPS, areas he is excited about this school year and opportunities for growth, and his involvement in OAESA. When asked what the best decision was in his career, he stated, "becoming an elementary school principal."
