On September 11, Independence Middle School kicked off their WINning Wednesday program. On this day, all staff members were encouraged to visit various classrooms, grade levels, and subjects across the school. “This initiative provides a valuable opportunity to gain different and new perspectives on lesson planning, classroom management, and student interactions,” said Principal Jamie Vanek. “By observing and sharing insights, our staff can strengthen their teaching practices and collaborate more effectively.”
